Prospective Students


In general, candidates seeking admission through the UTME into 100 level of any of the four-year programmes leading to the award of the Bachelor’s degrees of the University should possess at least credit level passes in five
relevant subjects which include English Language and Mathematics at the Ordinary level (SSCE, GCE, NECO).

Direct Entry Mode
Candidates seeking Direct Entry admission to the 200-level of a degree  programme should possess, in addition to the minimum of five credit passes at the GCE/NECO/SSCE/WAEC Examinations any of the following:
a) Advanced level GCE in at least two relevant subjects
b) Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) Certificate
c) Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE) in relevant subjects
d) National Diploma (ND)Upper Credit in relevant subjects
e) Higher National Diploma (HND) Lower Credit in relevant subjects
f) First degree in related field
